A couple of weekends found me traveling to San Antonio, Texas with Bri for a weekend full of fun and adventure.
Side-note: I cannot remember if I have introduced Bri before on the blog, so this is me introducing her now! Bri is Kaci’s best friend who I met when I tagged along with Kaci to get ice cream with Bri, and from then, we clicked. She is incredibly smart and gorgeous and I am so lucky to have her as a friend. Plus she’s as huge of a Harry Potter fan as I am and a fellow Slytherin, we also both have social anxiety so we work good together. This October, the three of us are attending ACL so be on the lookout for future blog posts about that.
Anywho, after a quick text between us about me wanting to go to the beach this weekend and finding out she was actually heading home for the weekend, she invited me to her home in San Antonio. After several texts between us and me double-checking that it was okay for me to go up her, the decision was made, and plans were in motion. Her plan was to let me come up with what we were going to do for the weekend. We just had one for sure thing we could not miss-her step-mom's surprise party. Long story short: the weekend was one of the best ones ever and I had a blast! From meeting her funny but lovable family to her step-mom's surprise party to a crawfish boil to eating our weight in one cinnamon roll and being a tourist to getting to attend the Barbacoa and Big Red festival(aka my heaven), I had a weekend full of fun. I decided to post a little bit of the snaps we took over the weekend right here on my little slice of internet.
We also decided to pretend we went somewhere tropical with the Japanese Tea Garden but we really just stayed in San Antonio...
Excited for our next adventure!
Until next time,

Lulu's! ❤️ I absolutely love that place! It's a 3lb cinnamon roll for $10 so it's definitely worth it!
