As a college student, our summer starts as soon as we turn in that last paper and we couldn't be more excited. Some people return home, others pack their bags and head to exotic places and then there are the ones who simply drive back to their house/apartment and just relax.
I've probably mentioned this before but I am (unfortunately) working the majority of the summer so not a whole lot of traveling and fun going on. But because of this, I decided to do a summer wishlist. Who knows, maybe one day, this wishlist won't be a wishlist anymore. First on my wishlist is VidCon. VidCon is this huge YouTube convention in Anaheim, California in July. YouTubers get together for 3 days in a convention center and do meet-ups, panels, and a bunch of other stuff so we, fans, can come and meet them and such. People from all over the world gather for this convention and I cannot wait for the year that I am part of this. Since we're talking West Coast now, another place I would love to go to is Los Angeles... Well I guess California in general is definitely high up on my summer list. There is just something about it that draws me in. I always tell my mom that Texas has my heart but California has my soul. Another West Coast place I'd love to visit would for sure be Nevada. I went in 2013 because "sister" lives in a small town there, and I loved it. I want to go back and explore more. East Coast wise, New York is amazing and I would love to experience more of it. Florida is another shoo in for my list. I mean, come on, it has The Wizarding World of Harry Potter! (Thankfully, the plan is to go to Disney for New Years Eve/Day 2016-2017) Traveling through-out the country is always nice, but traveling out of the country is definitely my calling. I was bit by the wanderlust bug at an early age and that desire to travel has just grown. So to travel to somewhere out of the United States would most definitely be at the top of my travel wishlist. As to where? Preferably United Kingdom or Italy or Germany... Or maybe even Ireland. Anywhere that isn't America would be great actually. I think that's the hardest part of being a broke college girl is that I have so many places to travel but no money or time to actually say "You know what?! I'm not doing anything this weekend, I'm going to book a flight and leave." One of my biggest hopes in life is that I can do a job that lets me make the money to travel or lets me travel as part of the job... Enough of this sob story though! What about you my lovelies? Where are y'all going this summer? Or are you just staying home> Leave me a comment down below of where your dream wishlist takes you(: XOXO
