2018: The Year that no one expected.
2018 was the year I saw that love was real.
2018 was the year I learned that not everyone was going to like the actual me.
2018 was the year I learned that great things come to those who wait.
2018 was the year I saw good in the world and wanted to relish in it.
2018 was the year I celebrated 10 years of fighting an uphill battle with my mental health.
2018 was the year I added 7 more tattoos to my body without a care of what anyone thought.
2018 was the year I met my idol.
2018 was the year that pushed me to be better and to do better.
2018 was a year of many things, both good and bad. But it was also a year of love, and friendships and adventures, new sights and sounds. It was a year of loss and fear, of uncertainty and agitation. A lot of why's, how could you's, and what am I supposed to do's passed through my lips. But also a lot of i love you's, thank you's, i got your back's and i'm here for you's made through all of it.
At the end of 2018, I told Kaci that 2019 was going to be our year. And it is, so 2019, buckle up.
"If it scares you, it might be a good thing..."
