When I was younger (well, younger than what I am now), I actually did not like any kind of make-up. I hated if I had to put it on for an event or something because in my opinion it never came out the way I wanted. I could spend hours on it, and one eyeliner line always looked different than the other.
Even now I still have the days when I don't want anything to do with make-up. But thankfully I have become slightly better at doing my eyeliner (Fe still surpasses me in anything make-up wise), and I have to say, my favorite piece (is that the correct term?) of make-up I own is definitely a tie between my lipsticks and my eyeliners (ironic right?).
Not a vast collection but I am working my way up. I am very peculiar about what lipstick I buy because when I do wear lipstick, I want it to last but also not rub off on every little thing or chap on the sides of my lips.
The Wet N Wild collection has been my tried and true lipstick since I started wearing it. It stays on all day (this coming from a girl who works at a water park, is a big sister to two rambunctious kids and is constantly eating), and never chaps on the side of my lips.
My Spring and Summer colors are definitely full of bright reds, pinks and creams! It never fails that if I am feeling down, just slide on some red lipstick and I feel brighter already.
These two are my favorite Fall colors because plum and a light brown just work so well with fall colors.
Lipsticks are always so much fun to wear because they always seem to brighten whatever outfit you are wearing!
But let me know what are your favorite lipsticks down in the comments below! I am still trying to expand my collection so I will definitely give each of them a try..
