So as y'all probably now, it was my birthday today! And seeing as how I am no longer a teenager, I decided to take a different approach on my birthday outfit (even though all I was doing was going to class and hanging out with my dad and younger siblings). I wanted to seem more like a young adult than just a teenager, which I hope I achieved.
I spent quite a few minutes, standing in front of my closet trying to decide the perfect look, and I really hoped I achieved it.
The skirt is one of my two that I own and it has it's own stellar qualities that make it a great piece of clothing. My heels are the most comfortable pair of heels I own because it has that padding in it and I love them because they have the peeptoes, so I can show off my toe color.

This past Monday, Felicia and I decided to go out to our downtown and shoot. It had come to our realization that we haven't actually gone out and shot photos together. And that is just an insane thing to think of, but while out there, I decided that the outfit I was wearing is probably one of my favorite Spring time looks because these shorts are by far my favorite piece of clothing that I own and I recently got this shirt in a Ross haul so I was excited to try it out. Plus it just looks so Spring-y. So a huge shout-out to Felicia for putting up with me and taking some photos.
